As we near the long-awaited publication of Matsui Fuyuko's monograph from Kawade Shobo Shinsha and editions treville, we wish to commemorate the release by presenting an exhibition composed of works selected from the gallery collection.
Early 'yurei-ga' (trans: ghost-paintings) for which she is best known, dynamic drawings from her student years, a series on anatomy and sketches seldom exhibited, will be presented in part of an overview of her aspiring career.
